Real training, coached properly
Functional Fitness combines strength, conditioning, mobility and skill. Sessions are designed for everyday adults, people returning to training, sport and adventure, and anyone who finds it easier to train around a supportive group.
You do not need to be the fittest person in the room. The workouts are coached and scalable — you just need a place to start.

Winning is not based on attendance, scans, weight loss or performance. EHF’s usual health screening, safety, booking and facility rules apply. An entry remains valid after injury or withdrawal unless the pack is fully refunded before the draw. Entry does not require unrelated marketing consent. Photos, testimonials and health or scan information are optional and will only be published with separate consent. Fraudulent, duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
If circumstances outside EHF’s reasonable control prevent the challenge, draw or prize from proceeding as described, EHF may make a fair and reasonable change and will publish any material change here. Questions or disputes should be sent to admin@eurobodallaep.com and will be reviewed by EHF management consistently with these terms and NSW law.
