Grace D’Amico

Exercise Scientist

Meet Grace, one of our Exercise Physiologists at Eurobodalla Health and Fitness. Grace completed her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra in 2022, and is excited to start her career at the beautiful South Coast, having grown up in Canberra.

From an early age, Grace developed a passion for physical activity and sport, including basketball and tennis. After sustaining several injuries of her own and spending time away from sport, she shifted her focus to competitive youth basketball coaching. This experience sparked her interest in coaching and rehabilitation, and was a key driver behind her decision to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology.
At Eurobodalla Health and Fitness, Grace is passionate about creating positive relationships through the promotion of physical activity and general well-being. She aspires to equip her clients with the necessary knowledge and education to support them through their individual health and rehabilitation journey.

Outside of work, you’ll find Grace chasing sunshine, shooting hoops, and spending time with family and friends. Book an appointment with Grace today and let her help you on your journey to better health and fitness.
