Find performance gaps
Compare strength, power and side-to-side capacity so training conversations can target what matters for sport.
Objective strength and performance testing
Full-body strength testing for athletes, teams and people rebuilding after injury.
EHF is the first provider in the Eurobodalla region to offer the AxIT performance system from Strength By Numbers, giving you objective strength data, an associated report and interpretation from our team.
Start in the right place
AxIT testing is currently arranged by request rather than through online booking. Email or message the team, tell us whether the goal is sport, injury rehab or a general strength baseline, and we will confirm the best appointment option.
Why test?
Strength can be hard to judge from pain, confidence, gym numbers or how a session felt. Objective testing gives you a clearer starting point and helps show what may need attention before training or rehab progression changes.
Compare strength, power and side-to-side capacity so training conversations can target what matters for sport.
Testing can help show whether strength is improving and whether both sides are responding as expected during recovery.
Useful if you want a baseline before a training block, returning after time away or working toward a specific strength goal.
Reports can help athletes, coaches, referrers and support teams understand the current picture and track change over time.
The AxIT system
AxIT is a Strength By Numbers assessment system used by health and performance professionals to measure capacities such as strength, power, balance, speed and agility.
EHF has AxIT force plates, Push-IT, Pull-IT and timing gates, so testing can be matched to the question: strength baseline, left/right comparison, speed, agility, power or return-to-activity readiness.
What can be tested
The right test selection depends on your sport, injury history, training age, symptoms, capacity and what decision needs to be made next.
Useful for squats, jumping, hopping, landing, running, return-to-sport decisions and general strength progress.
Useful for shoulder, trunk, pushing, pulling, lifting and sport-specific upper-body demands.
Useful for athletes, teams and field-sport testing
Timing gates can support sprint, change-of-direction and performance testing when speed data matters.
Example only, not a client result
Compare sides and retest after a training or rehab block so progress is easier to see and explain.
How it works
The session should feel clear and purposeful. We choose tests that match the question you need answered, run the full-body assessment, then explain the results in plain language.
Reports and next steps
The AxIT assessment is a 90-minute full-body testing appointment. It includes testing, the associated report and interpretation by the EHF team.
Who should consider it?
AxIT testing does not replace medical advice or diagnosis. It gives useful performance and strength data that can support better exercise decisions.
Get objective numbers for strength, power, speed, agility and side-to-side differences.
Use testing to understand strength capacity and progress when return to activity is part of the goal.
Use testing as a structured way to screen athletes, communicate results and track changes over time.
Get a baseline before a training block, return-to-training phase or personal performance goal.
Related EHF pathways
The AxIT assessment is a standalone testing and reporting service. If the results show you may benefit from further support, EHF can discuss exercise physiology, supervised gym programs, athlete development or rehabilitation options separately.
