Myotherapy in Eurobodalla

At Eurobodalla Health and Fitness, we are proud to offer Myotherapy and remedial massage services to help people improve their health and wellbeing. Our Myotherapist is trained to assess and treat muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue, and to treat injuries and soreness. They use a variety of treatments to help manage chronic musculoskeletal conditions, postural conditions, sporting injuries, and occupational injuries as well as pre and postnatal changes.

In addition to our massage therapy services, we also offer Myotherapy treatment at Eurobodalla Health and Fitness. Myotherapy is a form of manual therapy that focuses on the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. It complements massage therapy by addressing the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction, rather than just treating the symptoms. Myotherapists use a range of techniques such as dry needling, cupping, and trigger point therapy to release muscle spasms and tension, and to improve range of motion and flexibility. By combining massage therapy with Myotherapy, we are able to provide our clients with a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses both the symptoms and the underlying causes of their pain and dysfunction, resulting in improved health and wellbeing.

Techniques used:

  • Soft tissue therapy
  • Myofascial Release Therapy
  • Trigger point therapy
  • Muscle Energy Technique
  • Myofascial Cupping Therapy
  • Joint Mobilisation
  • Corrective and rehabilitation exercises
